ABOUT

My Approach

We are all connected. We inherit stories, we create stories, and we pass on stories. Many of these stories are full of loss and suffering. From this pain, we often do what it takes to survive; sometimes losing parts of ourselves in the process.

Together we can gain insight into your story-- and all of your identities and life experiences that shape it. My hope is to create new experiences, ones that integrate what was previously disowned, and transcend what was previously rigid and limiting.

This work takes courage, is messy, and is the best way I know to heal you, and impact your relationships, your community, and generations to come.
