This 60 minute vinyasa yoga class is taught by Mica Adesso, Ph.D., a psychologist and long-time yoga teacher. She provides detailed and precise verbal cuing so that this yoga class is accessible to people with any amount of experience in yoga. Additionally, the verbal cuing allows you to practice without needing to look at your screen. Mica guides you into a deeper place inside of you, deeply stretches the major muscle groups in your body, and will leave you feeling more calm, more peace and more spacious.
